We only ship orders to UK and operate a Same Day Dispatch (99% of the time, sometimes delays may occur) on all orders placed before 4pm on working days (Monday to Friday excluding weekends & Bank Holidays). Any orders placed after 4pm cut off on weekdays (Monday to Friday) or over weekends, will be dispatched the next WORKING day. We do not dispatch goods over weekends or bank holidays and do not offer delivery on Bank Holidays.
When you place an order, we will estimate a delivery date for you based on the shipping method you have chosen. This is an estimation only and is not guaranteed delivery date. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
You may return most new unopened items (excluding e liquids) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund excluding our postage costs we have incurred. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item etc.). If the item is reported as defective, we will check item for issue/fault before deeming it faulty.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days of the return arriving with us and being deemed faulty, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the product testing and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 working days).

Couldn't ask for more!
I gave up smoking in February 2019 and fell on hard times after loosing my job and found it very difficult to afford up to £4 for vape liquid for a 10ml bottle and was told about this site, i was sceptical at first but I've ordered twice now, they always arrive quickly the flavours really match their description and they are £1 a unit. If you do the 10 for 9.99 it's a bargain and has allowed me to stay smoke free for months now all I can say is thank you for saving me a fortune and being such good quality!

I recently brought a caliburn from here at the best price I found at £23.99 with 3 free liquids. They sent me the omg juice I'm so glad they did, I am blown away by the flavour and the fact you can still taste it after vaping it all day. I am vaping lemon sorbet at the moment and it is just like a boiled sweet with a sherbet tang. I am amazed at this company and omg juices, I shall be shopping here from now on.

Great selection
Very happy with the liquids I purchased. I’ve liked most of the blends. Some of them taste better than others, but this is down to personal taste. The only thing I’d like to see is a brief description of each liquid, I admit most of them are self explanatory but would be good to know what flavour combos are in liquids like Jawbreaker and Heizen. Will use again. Would like to see more bakes and cakes please. Thankyou. The delivery times are superb, very reasonable price for liquids. I’m delighted to say I’ve found the company I’ve been looking for since I went smoke free 8 months ago. Brilliant
