How to Use the Bloody Bar Ultra-Twist 20000
To get started with your Ultra-Twist 20000, simply follow these steps.
1. Take the device from the packaging and remove the instruction sticker and silicone plugs.
2. Press and turn the refill cap counterclockwise to open.
3. Ensure the flavours match with the tank and device before securely sliding in.
4. Turn the device upside down for 10 seconds (or until there are no bubbles)
5. Lift and rotate the mouthpiece to select flavour.

We do not dispatch goods over weekends or bank holidays and do not offer delivery on Bank Holidays.
When you place an order, we will estimate a delivery date for you based on the shipping method you have chosen. This is an estimation only and is not guaranteed delivery date. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
You may return most new unopened items (excluding e liquids) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund excluding our postage costs we have incurred. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item etc.). If the item is reported as defective, we will check item for issue/fault before deeming it faulty.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days of the return arriving with us and being deemed faulty, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the product testing and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 working days).

Impressive device
Really impressed with this device. It lasts a considerably longer time than most of the others I've tried. The flavour is just as good towards the end as it is at the start and it recharges quickly so there's minimal downtime.

Took on holiday - really good!
Got these to take on holiday with me recently and one lasted me nearly the full time I was away. Can't believe how good these are. Flavours are really strong as well. Not plastic tasting or too harsh of a draw. Will be buying more for my next holiday.
