At first glance, the IVG 2400 looks like a complicated piece of kit! Once you get inside the box, the main device is packaged in its own safety packet along with four sealed pod flavour cartridges. While it may look complicated, putting the IVG 2400 is actually relatively simple;

●    Remove the pods, mouthpiece and device from the packaging.
●    Pull off the top cap on the device to access the cartridge chamber.
●    Insert the pods into the corresponding slots in the device.
●    Push the mouthpiece into place.
●    Align the mouthpiece and the arrows on the device with the first flavour you want to vape.

Once all the pods are loaded, put the top cap back on the device and remove the safety sticker and stopper from the mouthpiece before vaping. To swap flavours, pull the bottom half of the device out and twist the arrows to line your chosen pod with the corresponding number on the top half.

Design-wise, the IVG 2400 is definitely a more robust vape than others on the market. Its substantial size (32mm in diameter and 127mm in height) may be off-putting to those used to slim disposable vapes; however, the vape is remarkably lightweight. Each device is colour-coded in a sleek metallic sheen to match the flavours within. There is also an LED indicator that lights up when you’re vaping. While it may not be as compact as other vapes, the fact that the IVG 2400 is basically four vapes in one is a good enough compromise.

Each IVG 2400 cartridge (each contains 4 cartridges) contains 2ml of flavoured IVG 20mg salt nicotine e-liquid. While we can’t taste-test all 67 flavours on the IVG 2400 menu, we sampled the ten bestselling options.

One of the first things we noticed when vaping the IVG 2400 is its ability to cater to MTL and DTL vape styles thanks to its large vapour production and wide mouthpiece. Each of the flavour cartridges delivers around 8 hours of vaping, based on average usage, while the device overall lasts up to three days, realistically meeting the promised 2400 puff count.

The device itself is very user-friendly. You don't need to refill tanks or prime your coils, and the auto-draw mechanism eliminates the need for buttons. It’s obvious that a lot of thought has gone into the design and the technology behind the IVG 2400’s performance. There’s no depletion in flavour or vapour production as you work through the different flavour pods, ensuring consistency from the first puff to the last.

The IVG 2400 had the difficult job of setting the standard for TPD-compliant big-puff vapes, and it’s fair to say this device has risen to the challenge. The robust yet lightweight design is ideal for vapers looking for a more sustainable option than the standard 600-puff disposables. This is a vape that not only looks the part but also delivers what it promises, with each device lasting around three days - even with heavy vaping habits. IVG has already made a name for itself thanks to its award-winning e-liquid collection, and the flavours in the 2400 are no exception. Each of the blends we sampled produced intense flavours without any sickly, lingering aftertastes. Plus, if you get bored with one flavour, you simply rotate the device to change to another one.

The only drawback we can see is that the IVG 2400 is not a rechargeable device, which is fast becoming the norm with newer big puff vapes on the market. That being said, the IVG 2400 does offer plenty of battery life, and at such an accessible price point, we’re being overly picky to try and find any cons with this device. Overall, this is an excellent big-puff vape for beginner and seasoned vapers looking to switch from 600-puff disposables to a more eco-friendly, powerful vape.
