Smok TFV8 Baby RBA Kit

With the SMOK TFV8 Baby RBA Kit you can customise your SMOK Baby Beast tank to deliver the ultimate vape! The Baby RBA (rebuildable atomizer) kit comes pre-fitted with dual fused Clapton coils. This is a 0.35 Ohm set-up that’s officially rated to vape between 30 and 60 Watts. It’s a build that rocks – but the sky’s the limit if you’d like to try winding your own coils.

Inside the TFV8 Baby RBA kit box you’ll find a TFV8 Baby RBA deck, an extended Pyrex glass tube and an Allen key, along with replacement screws and seals. The kit doesn’t come with any cotton, so you’ll need to order that separately.

To access the core of the TFV8 Baby RBA deck you need to unscrew the stainless steel coil housing. The threads are smooth and slick – it’s an easy operation. The Baby RBA has a two-post deck with a diameter of about 18mm. As the pre-built deck demonstrates – there’s more than enough room for two spaced Clapton coils, or any other dual coil build that you’d like to try. Each post is drilled with two terminal holes. The coil wires are fixed in the holes using hex-head, Allen screws – far superior to the tiny flat-head screws that you often find on small RBA’s.

Wicking is fairly standard for this type of RBA. Just feed a plumped-up length of cotton through the centre of each coil, then trim the ends. You need to leave enough cotton to feed down into the RBA’s e-juice well. At this point you need to check that the steel coil housing still fits nicely without shorting out a coil. If everything is in order, you can prime the wicks with a little e juice, then screw the TFV8 Baby RBA into your tank.

Like all of the atomizer coils in the TFV8 family, the Baby RBA delivers astonishing clouds and flavours. The pre-fitted, dual Clapton build is officially rated for vaping between 30 and 60 Watts. Many vapers are finding that this coil setup can go up to higher wattages if you get the wicking just right.
